This beautiful early Manuel Nunes ukulele was manufactured in the early to mid 1890's during the time of the Hawaiian Monarchy. Note label...it reads "Golden Rule Bazaar Honolulu Hi Dealer in Stationery, Blank Books, Music, Musical Instruments, Optical Goods, Domestic Sewing Machines" This early Monarchy Era Manuel Nunes is the ultimate in rarity and it plays and sounds amazing. Note the early figure 8 peg head and cloud inlay.
